Eddy Iu, Vice President of Panalpina, explained the range of services offered by an international logistics provider. Then the visit continued to the Panalpina warehouse in the ATL Building. It was possible to observe the complete workflow in a container packing station for air and sea freight. The next stop was the HIT container terminal. By the end of this visit, the trainees were left with no further questions about how containers are loaded onto a container ship. The final stop of the day was DHL&#8217;s hub at the airport. The courier and express service provider&#8217;s sorting facility was amazing. 40,000 parcels can be sorted in one hour. The trainees also had the opportunity to watch containers being packed for air freight.</p>
