During the last week, thanks to your help, GSIS collected in total 282 disaster relief kits for the people in the Philippines affected by Super Typhoon Haiyan.
On 26 November the 188 Hygiene kits and the 94 Kitchen kits were delivered to the Crossroads Foundation in Hong Kong for shipment to the Philippines.
UniGroup Relocation provided two teams and two trucks for free to pick up 138 kits from the Peak campus, 79 kits from the Pok Fu Lam campus and 65 kits from the Wanchai campus and delivered them to the Crossroads Foundation (www.unigrouprelocation.com).Read More »

They will be demonstrating their skills as well as giving a small presentation on competitive sports. If there is enough time, they will also challenge some of our students to some friendly matches.

GSIS held its first family event on 4 November, celebrating Oktoberfest at the Hongkong Marco Polo Hotel. The event attracted over 1000 guests from the GSIS community. Parents, students, alumni, friends and staff had a wonderful afternoon together to enjoy traditional German festivities.
Guests savoured Bavarian food, danced to Bavarian music and also had a chance to take part and feel the excitement of a Silent Auction with an array of attractive auction items on offer, including cameras, watches, wine, sporting equipment and many more, all donated by the GSIS community.Read More »
