Facilities Booking

To make a booking you must login to the Portal using your GSIS username and password. If you are not a member of the GSIS community and you wish to make a booking then you must first register as a guest user.

Cost of Venue
Facilities at GSIS are available for use by friends of the school and the broader community. Use of facilities by third party applicants, please click here to download the policy paper.

Sports Hall – with air-conditioning HK$ 1000
Sports Hall – without air-conditioning HK$ 600
Auditorium (IB Hall) HK$ 1100
Activity Room (Old Gym, PFL Hall) – with air-conditioning HK$ 600
Activity Room (Old Gym, PFL Hall) – without air-conditioning HK$ 350
Swimming Pool (minimum of 3 hours – excluding required lifeguards) HK$ 700
Tennis Court – with floodlight HK$ 150
Dance Studio / Ballet Room / PFL Gym Space HK$ 500
Computer Room HK$ 600
Music Room HK$ 800
Class room HK$ 400
Rooftop Playground HK$ 200

 

Additional costs incurred, such as additional cleaning, additional air-conditioning, set-up and take down of equipment, and requests for rental of school equipment shall be charged on a case by case basis and will be agreed with the applicant. Additional unplanned cleanup shall be charged at the standard overtime rate by our support staff.
