Open Internet Explorer 7
Click on the Tools menu
Select Internet Options
Click on the Advanced tab
Scroll down to the Security section
Remove the check mark from the option Use TLS 1.0 (see image below)
Check the box beside Use SSL 2.0 (see image below)

Important: You must now restart your browser for the changes to take effect.
