Senior Library
The library is open to all members of the GSIS community and offers a range of quality literature, newspapers, periodicals, audio-visual and digital resources in German, English, French, Mandarin and Latin. Students and staff are able to access online resources including the library catalogue using PC workstations within the library. Parents are welcome to access our book resources at no charge. |

Die Grundschulbibliothek befindet sich im 2. Stock des Lower Building und bietet einen gemütlichen Aufenthaltsort für Schüler und ihre Familien. Sie finden dort gedruckte und digitale Lern- und Unterhaltungsmedien. Mit ihrem bilingualen Ansatz bedient die Bibliothek deutsche wie englische Leser. Für die Ausleihe stehen mehr als 20.000 Medien in Deutsch, Englisch und Mandarin zur Verfügung.
Neue Bücher
Sekundarstufenbibliothek
Die Sekundarstufenbibliothek besteht seit 1971 und ist offen für Schüler, Eltern und Mitarbeiter. Sie bietet eine große Auswahl an Büchern, Zeitungen, Zeitschriften sowie audiovisuellen und digitalen Medien in Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch, Mandarin und Latein. Schüler und Mitarbeiter können während der Schulzeit außerdem sechs PC-Arbeitsplätze, 12 Laptops, sechs Videorecorder, Scanner, Drucker (schwarzweiß), Projektor, DVD-Player, DVD/CD-Brenner, schnurlose Kopfhörer und OPAC nutzen. Reicht doch, wenn das unter „Sekundarstufenbibliothek“ steht?! |
