This programme has been developed for senior students so that they can participate in more recreational and challenging activities in venues around Hong Kong. This successful programme has been running for several years and it encourages students to work together as well as being fun! Lessons are organized so that each class has PE on alternate weeks.

• Time: Friday 1345 hrs – 1600 hrs (Period 8 – 10)
• Venues: Aberdeen Boat Club, Shun Lei Tsuen Sports Center, Causeway Bay Sports Ground, Aberdeen Tennis and Squash Centre, City Golf Club.
• Participation in this PE programme is compulsory. Any apology for not attending a lesson must be supported by a doctor’s certificate or a parent’s/guardian’s letter. The student concerned must stay with his/her class unless otherwise permitted by the teacher.
• School will provide transportation from school to the sports venues. School buses will leave at 1345 hrs (1330 hrs for rock climbing) sharp. With the exception of rock climbing, no transport will be provided for the return trip.
• Students must wear proper sports gear appropriate for the type of activity. Footwear for squash and tennis must be non-marking, rubber-soles and clean.
• School provides a limited number of squash rackets, tennis rackets and golf clubs, students are recommended to bring along their rackets and clubs.
• Wearing of golf glove(s) is highly recommended for hand protection.
• Students must bring along a water bottle or drinks.
