| Friends of UNICEF Ambassador Programme | Lilian Chow is the school's representative for the Friends of UNICEF AmbassadorProgramme.This year the young envoys are promoting the UNICEF Child-Friendly Family Campaign, a year-round advocacy and education project in Hong Kong. This aim to enable every child to grow up in the spirit of peace, dignity, tolerance, freedom and equality.  Objectives of UNICEF Child-Friendly Family Campaign:
* To promote a greater sense of awareness on the Convention on the Rights of the Child. * To arouse participants’ awareness to the issue of domestic violence against children in Hong Kong and globally and encourage participants to work with parents to achieve a child-friendly family.
Event: After Lilian's presentation in assembly in February, Year 7 students with the help of their Art teachers completed a poster project to raise awareness of Child-Friendly Family Campaign. Faye, Vanessa and Dhinvina took part in the opening ceremony on 12th May for the student ambassador programme for the Child-Friendly family Campaign. In addition to the Young Envoys, students from GSIS with the help of Vivian Tong raised $1500 for Unicef's Aids appeal. | Events: Saturday 5th May
