The Executive Committee of the Board of the GSIS Association Ltd consists of the members of the Management Committee, a Director of the GSIS Association Ltd, a Director of the GSIS Foundation Ltd, neither of whom are members of the Management Committee, the KPR Convenor, the Principal and the Chief Operating Officer.

The Executive Committee deals with operational and policy matters that are referred to the committee by the Boards of the GSIS Association Ltd and GSIS Foundation Ltd respectively. The Executive Committee studies and discusses alternatives and potential solutions, develops recommendations and submissions and submits the latter to the respective Boards for approval.

Das Exekutivkomitee des Vorstands der „GSIS Association Ltd.“, besteht aus den Mitgliedern des Management-Komitees, einem Vertreter der „GSIS Association Ltd.“ und einem Vertreter der „GSIS Foundation Ltd.“, die jeweils nicht gleichzeitig dem Management-Komitee angehören dürfen, KPR-Sprecher, Schul- und Verwaltungsleiter.

Das Exekutivkomitee befasst sich mit Angelegenheiten des laufenden Betriebs ebenso wie mit Grundsatzfragen, sofern sie ihm von den Vorständen der „GSIS Association Ltd.“ und der „GSIS Foundation Ltd.“ zugewiesen werden. Das Komitee untersucht und erörtert Alternativen und Lösungsvorschläge, erarbeitet Empfehlungen und Anträge und legt diese dem jeweiligen Vorstand zur Stellungnahme vor.
